No problem! We frequently work with customers out of state or the country via phone, email, and fax. Refer to our contact page for these links.
I have some stones in my possession already, can I use them here?
Sure, we can make something using stones you already own. The charge of purchasing stones through us simply will not be figured into your payment.
What kind of metal do you work in?
We typically use white, yellow, and rose gold in addition to platinum and sterling or oxidized silver.
What is your turn around time?
That will depend on your piece. Something simple may only take a few weeks, and more detailed jewelry pieces might take longer. We can usually work with your schedule whether that be near or far.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, or personal checks.
Why don't you display sample wedding and engagement rings in your store choose from?
Since we custom make all of our wedding jewelry, every piece goes straight to its owner and therefore we do no have physical inventory to display. For this reason, we have an array of photographs of previously made work and example work for customers to view.
